TICKETING TERMS & CONDITIONS

GENERAL ADMISSION NOTICE

All guests must be at least 21 years of age with a Valid Government-Issued Photo ID to be presented at time of check-in.

NSE Live Events, including but not limited to Variety Vegas, are intimate, nightclub-style live show experiences produced by NSE in Las Vegas, Nevada.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

All ticket sales are subject to applicable service and processing fees, payment processing charges, and Nevada Live Entertainment Tax (LET) assessed on the face value of each ticket, as required by law.

Show talent and events are subject to change without notice. No refund shall be issued solely due to a change in supporting talent or show format.

Guests must arrive by the time specified on their ticket for guaranteed entry. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of reservation. Tickets will not be refunded for late arrival.

All gratuities, incidental expenses, beverage, merchandise, and other charges are the sole responsibility of the guest.

Each ticket is valid solely for the date, time, and venue specified thereon.

Guests are required to present a valid scannable ticket on a mobile device or printed confirmation, along with the credit card used for purchase, to gain entry.

Guests must be at least 21 years of age and present a valid government-issued photo ID at the door. Copies, photographs, or digital images of IDs will not be accepted. U.S. residents must present a state or federally issued ID. Non-U.S. residents must present a valid passport or global entry card.

Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold or exchanged. Lost, stolen, altered, or destroyed tickets will not be replaced, refunded, or exchanged for any reason. Tickets have no cash value.

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. NSE shall not be liable for cancellations, postponements, or modifications resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, government orders, public health emergencies, labor disputes, venue unavailability, or talent unavailability for any reason.

In no event shall NSE's liability to any guest exceed the face value of the ticket purchased by such guest. NSE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

Guests must comply with all venue dress code requirements. Appropriate attire is required and strictly enforced.

Guests must comply with all venue policies. Disregard or violation of any venue policy or these Terms and Conditions will automatically invalidate the ticket and the guest will be denied access without refund.

NSE reserves all rights, including the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the event for any reason at its sole discretion.

This ticket is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. This ticket is the property of NSE and may not be published or posted on any third-party website without prior written approval from NSE.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Refunds will be considered solely upon receipt of a written cancellation request submitted no later than ninety-six (96) hours prior to 10:00 A.M. Pacific Time (PT) on the date of the reserved event.

All cancellation requests must be submitted via ticketing@NSEPRD.com. Cancellation requests made by any other method will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

Tickets are non-exchangeable. For events canceled without a rescheduled date, a refund will be issued to the original credit card used for purchase.

Initiating a chargeback for a valid ticket purchase may result in ticket cancellation and refusal to honor future purchases from the associated credit card.

The guest is solely responsible for all travel and other expenses incurred in connection with any canceled, postponed, or rescheduled event.

DRESS CODE

NSE Live Events — Appropriate Nightclub Attire Is Required For Entry:

Business casual dress, dressy denim, dress shoes, and boots in good condition.

The following are strictly prohibited at all times:

Torn, cut-off, baggy, or stained clothing · Offensive graphics or prints · Tank tops · Chains · Swimwear · Athletic wear of any kind (gym shorts, sweatpants, hoodies) · Hats or headwear (religious exemptions honored) · Clothing with rivets, hooks, or metal studs · Work boots · Flip-flops · Open-toe sandals

Management reserves all rights to make the final determination regarding appropriate attire. Guests who do not meet dress code requirements will be denied entry without refund.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

ALL PERSONS, BAGS, AND PERSONAL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO SEARCH.

The following items are strictly prohibited:

Weapons of any kind • Controlled substances • Cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, nicotine or tobacco products • Cannabis, marijuana, or any cannabis-derived products of any kind (including but not limited to: vapes, edibles, tinctures, and topicals, regardless of Nevada recreational use laws. NSE operates a cannabis-free venue) • Outside food, beverages, or liquids of any kind • Prescription or over-the-counter medications (Guests requiring medically necessary medications, including over-the-counter medications for documented medical conditions, see security supervisor prior to entry. NSE will make reasonable accommodations in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act [ADA]) • Cameras, wearable recording technology, including but not limited to: Go-Pros, DJI Cameras, Ray-Ban Meta Glasses, selfie-sticks or professional recording equipment • Colognes, perfumes (outside of those applied prior to arrival) • Party accessories • Laser pens • Large bags and backpacks (Small purses, clutches and fanny packs that are no larger than approximately 6 in. x 6 in. x 2 in. are permitted)

Prohibited items discovered during search will be confiscated and disposed of by management without compensation, regardless of whether the guest is admitted or removed from the venue.

If you wish to surrender any prohibited item prior to entry, please request an Amnesty Box from a security supervisor before proceeding through bag check.

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY

Any and all offensive, inappropriate, or sexual behavior, including nudity, is strictly prohibited, even if it is consensual. The use, possession, or solicitation of any illegal substance or service is strictly prohibited. NSE requires respectful interactions between all guests and staff at all times. Inappropriate physical contact with any NSE employee or performer is strictly prohibited.

ANY VIOLATION OF THE FOREGOING WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EJECTION, TRESPASS, AND MAY BE SUBJECT TO PROSECUTION TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

NSE reserves the right to eject and/or trespass any individual exhibiting behavior, language, or attire that, in management's sole discretion, is inconsistent with the standards of the production and venue.

GUEST FILMING POLICY

Filming and photography during the show is strictly prohibited. This applies to all devices including: smartphones, tablets, professional cameras, wearable or accessory-mounted recording devices, including but not limited to smartwatches, recording glasses, body cameras, or any device capable of capturing audio or video content. No photos, videos, or audio recordings of the performance may be taken at any time during the show. Guests who violate this policy will be asked to delete the content and may be removed from the venue without a refund. Personal photos before and after the show are permitted.

NOTICE OF FILMING & PHOTOGRAPHY

This venue is used to photograph, video record, and audio record footage for promotional and publicity purposes, including use on social media and marketing materials. By your presence in this venue, you acknowledge that you may be photographed and/or recorded and you grant permission for your likeness, image, and/or voice to be used in such materials without compensation, credit, or other consideration.

HEALTH & SAFETY

NSE will comply with all applicable government mandates and public health requirements in effect at the time of the event, including but not limited to any requirements related to social distancing or designated seating. A risk of exposure to communicable illness exists in any public venue. By attending an NSE production, you voluntarily assume all risks related to such exposure.

MANAGEMENT RESERVES ALL RIGHTS

NSE management reserves the sole and absolute right to make final determinations regarding all venue policies, including but not limited to attire, behavior, and prohibited items. Guests who disregard venue policies or fail to comply with management decisions may be removed from the venue and will not be entitled to a refund of any kind.
